Shipping Policy

Order Processing


 • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
 • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
 • Processing times are separate from transit times listed below.
Including clear processing and transit sections is standard for shipping policies. Shopify recommends outlining processing time, rates, international info, tracking and a contact option.  


Shipping Fees


 • We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
It is best practice to state the shipping options, any free shipping offer, and how customers can track orders on the policy page.  


Estimated Delivery Times


Delivery estimates start after your order has been processed and dispatched.
 • Australia and New Zealand: 5 to 12 business days
 • United States and Canada: 7 to 15 business days
 • United Kingdom and Europe: 7 to 15 business days
 • Asia: 7 to 18 business days
 • Rest of World: 10 to 20 business days


In rare cases, due to customs inspections, carrier backlogs or remote locations, delivery can take up to 27 business days.


We work hard to meet the timeframes we advertise. If an order is running late, we will explain the reason and what we are doing to resolve it. Providing realistic delivery timeframes and following through is important to avoid misleading customers under Australian Consumer Law.  


Order Tracking


 • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
 • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels.
Including tracking details and clear contact options improves customer experience and is recommended in shipping policy templates.  


Address Changes and Delivery Issues
 • If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
 • If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members and neighbors first, then contact the carrier and our support team so we can assist.


Customs, Duties and Taxes


 • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the customer’s responsibility.
 • Customs processing can affect delivery times in some regions.


Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages


If your order has not arrived after the maximum estimate for your region, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a solution. Being transparent and responsive about delivery issues helps maintain compliance with consumer expectations and law.  


Region-specific consumer rights


 • Australia: We follow the Australian Consumer Law. You have consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If something goes wrong with delivery or a product, we will work with you to provide a suitable remedy in line with the law.  
 • European Union customers: If you buy online and reside in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. Please see our Returns page for how to exercise this right.
