What size Cozy Cat Cave should I buy for my cat?

  • Small (50x50x20cm): Ideal for kittens and cats under 2kg (8lbs)

Our donut cat beds are designed to be the last bed your cat will ever need. We focus on durable construction, quality stitching, and materials that keep their shape over time, so you are not constantly replacing cheap, flat beds. On top of that, your purchase is backed by Australian Consumer Law guarantees and our 90-day money-back policy, so you can try it with confidence.

How long is my Cozy Cat Cave covered for?

Your purchase is covered in two ways:

  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL): If there is a major problem, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. For minor issues, we will repair, replace, or refund within a reasonable time. This is honoured for a covered 1 year period. 

  • 90 day change of mind guarantee: If you simply change your mind within 90 days, you can return it under our policy, subject to the conditions below. 

    Timeframe: You have 90 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
  • Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unused, and resalable condition. This means it must be free of cat hair, scratches, odours, or any other signs of use. All original packaging must be included.
  • Process: Please contact us to receive a Returns Authorisation (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be processed.
  • Cost:The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.A restocking fee of [20%] of the product's full undiscounted price will be applied to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging.The original shipping cost is non-refundable for change of mind returns.
  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.

What materials are used in Cozy Cat Caves?

We use pet-safe, hypoallergenic, and non-toxic felt. The easy unzip, stain-resistant, non-stick-to-fur felt material, makes clean up a breeze!

 What if my bed is faulty or arrives damaged?

Whilst we endevour to always ensure your new Cozy Cave is perfect when it arrives, sometimes delivery services are a little more like Ace Ventura in their delivery...

If your bed arrives faulty or we send the wrong item, you are fully covered under both ACL and our policy. In these cases we will: 

  • Repair, replace or refund, no questions asked!

You will not pay a restocking fee for genuine faults or our errors.

It is, however, normal for our products to arrive folded or compact - this is very normal - don't stress! After some working with your hands, your Cozy Cave will return to its original shape in 48-72 hours.
